A written report of no more than 1000 words, suitable for publication on the Members

year. The report should be based on your placement diary and should describe:

• the area of work of your employer

• your main activities during the placement to date

• your level of responsibility

• your significant creative and/or technical achievements

• what you have learned, in technical, professional and personal respects

• plans/expectations for the remainder of the placement

Prerequisites/Co-requisites

Sufficient credits at HE2. A training placement approved by Senior Professional Training Tutor.

Module Aims

To encourage you to reflect on your experiences during the first part of your

professional training placement and to provide useful written feedback to students

about to choose a placement.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this module you should be able to provide a detailed

written account of the first part of your placement.
