Module Aims

By the end of the module, students will have an appreciation of the many ways in whcih biopsychological research contributes to our human cognition and behaviour.

Module Content

The lectures will be dedicated to looking at sensory sytems and motor control, biological bases of motivation and emotion, neurotransmitter systems and psychopharmacology, models of addiction, language and communication.
