Module Content
The focus of the module is to explore the professional, personal and organisational complexities of delivering care from a personal or corporate perspective focused on an area of care of the students choice. The student will be enabled to critically review, audit, or explore existing care delivered by the student and their team, where relevant and explore issues that relate to managing change and collaborative working within a multi-professional team. Students will be expected to contextualise theoretical evidence based knowledge to the care of patients



SPECIFIC CONTENT
Key themes to be covered in relation to the specific subject are individually negotiated with the student(s). Students may incorporate learning from other modules that is relevant to the specific area of care studied.
