Module Overview
This module seeks to advance individual compositional practice to a professional level.
Prerequisites/Co-requisites
Pre-requisite: Composition 2A with a mark of at least 60%
Module Aims
The aims of this module are to:

• Develop professionalism in approach to and quality of work.
• Develop flexibility and imaginative responsiveness to creative challenge.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module you should be able to:

• To create work of a professional standard.
• Produce work across a variety of styles and/or contexts.

The following is an indication of the likely content of the module:

• Presentation of a number of compositional/practice-based challenges (e.g. commissions, applied contexts, etc. from which you will be required to select three).
• Content related to student work.
• Presentation and discussion of student work.
