·         Describe the species specific immune systems.

 

 

·         Explain how the immune system of animals compares to that of humans.

 

 

·         Understand the basics of veterinary pathology.

 

 

·         Describe the species specific anatomical and physiological differences relevant to veterinary pathology.

 

 

·         Describe the common pathologies of livestock and companion animals.
